Ghirardelli, the upscale chocolate company, now has two gluten free recipes on their website! I recently bought a rather LARGE bag of their chocolate chips from a local warehouse store after finding that they are totally gluten free! Why oh why did I find that out? More than half of that giant bag is gone already!

Even though most of the chocolate chips are gone, I did not make either of these recipes. Most of the chips were eaten plain in a small dish!
