Just some observations:
Gluten Free Bisquick is better with savory dishes than sweet in my opinion. Just saying.
Snyder's pretzels, GF of course, are amazing! They taste like pretzels. The texture feels like, well, pretzels!
Why are rice crackers so darned HARD? Jeez.
Bette Hagman's GF flour mix works amazingly well for making gravy using the pan drippings in the roasting pan. Almost cannot tell the difference. Also it's great for flouring a baking pan. No crunchies on the outside of the baked good.
We like the Mi-Del gluten free ginger snaps, a lot!
BJ's warehouse store (insert giggle here) sells a lot of GF products. I am in love with the Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato Tortilla chips. Yummy! They also sell Pirates Booty, good price, and guaranteed gluten free chicken broth. I am sure there's more but that's all I remember now. I am old.
That's about it for my randomness today. Still waiting for the granddaughter to be born. I hate waiting!
