Amy's Pizza

I've had Amy's brand mac and cheese and really liked it.  I usually mix in some cooked broccoli so I don't feel bad about eating it!  When my grocery store had Amy's Pizza on sale I decided to give it a try.  Sadly, the pizza is not nearly as good as the lasagna.  Bummer.

This Pizza was also made with "cheez" or as we call it, "Cheese with a Z" which is not real cheese.  This means it is dairy free and made from soy.  I knew I would not like that so I added quite a bit of Italian cheeses on top to counteract the "cheez."

I baked the pizza in the oven at the correct temperature but I did not stick it right on the rack.  In my experience, when it says to stick the frozen pizza right on the rack you get pizza sauce and cheese (with either an S or a Z) all over the rack.  I was not in the mood to clean the oven so the pizza went on a tray.  

The flavor of the pizza was just terrible.  Yuck.  I couldn't believe that they got the lasagna but really missed the boat with the pizza.  The sauce was tasteless and even with my Italian cheeses the whole thing was just awful.  Too bad, too!
